How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real-time. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Processing Time

Stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks for production before shipping. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer express shipping (3-5 business days) and standard shipping (7-10 business days) to most countries. Wholesale orders over $500 qualify for free express shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@dukehair.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve any issues promptly.
