Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on order value. Orders under $200: $35 shipping. Orders $200-$500: $25 shipping. Orders over $500: Free express shipping. Additional $10 handling fee applies to orders with more than 4 items.

Delivery Time

Express shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Custom orders require additional production time of 4-6 weeks.

International Shipping

We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Hair systems are packaged in protective boxes with moisture barriers. We use discreet packaging with no branding on the exterior for privacy.
